we both are minors, i know that mans if parents gave consent we could. However, what if one of us is not a US citizen? Is there anyway we can get married? Do just the American parents have to consent?

  1. Get a life before you get married. Why would a minor want to get married? I know you know everything and bla bla bla. Go explore the world before you settle down.

  2. Assuming you are not yet 18, you would NOT be able to apply for a visa for your new husband to come to the USA. You can only do that when you are 18.

You cannot apply for a fiance visa for the same reason - you have to be 18 to do this.

I would strongly suggest that you wait until you are 18 before you get married.

Otherwise you will have no choice but to either live in his country, or be separated for a while. Being seperated for anything more than 1 years is not considered a viable marriage and then your application for him to emigrate to USA will be denied.

As Jimbo said above = permission from all parents is required for any minors getting married.

  3. Well did person register for the united states if not u have a problem. If they have fun get married.

  4. The laws in this country require that a parent give written and legal consent for minors to get married.  This applies to ALL minors.  Citizenship has nothing to do with whether you can marry or not.
