I begining to regret renewing my season ticket. These two incompetent's clearly dont work. Should we get rid, before we lose yet another title to the East end of Glasgow.

  1. the first half was kinda 50 50

the second was all rangers smith hooked darch and miller put on wee novo and boyd

in my eyes the only thing they did not do right was get the ball over that goal line !!! some games just go that way !!

we will win in Lithuania !!

  2. Call a radio phone-in and converse with the similarly afflicted

  3. noo that is harsh and im goin to give you an answer the gers will approve of and us bhoys will cringe

                         YES

don't throw away that season ticket as you will see some good matces in europe as they will scrape through

  4. Like bb says the first half was pretty much even's ...the boo boys had a ball mind you!, After only 1 game I aint calling for anyones heads, jeezo man get a grip ...it could have been way worse !

    Bluenose....count to 10 then lol

Sorry but see before you go off on another rant ...its feckin McCoist if your gonna diss him at least spell his name right ffs ...give it a rest eh, 1 game...and we cant win them all!

  5. well if that is your attitude give it to someone who will appreciate it and support the team and management.Who the f**k are you calling two incompetents btw it had better not be Walter and Ally.We didn't lose the title because of those two, call yourself a rangers fan are you sure about that,no of course not because you can't even spell McCoist!!!!!

They got us the double last season, yes I know it could have been more but we still won 2 trophies!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you do have the right to your opinion and that is fine, but you are talking like we did nothing last season,we got to 3 cup finals and the league title went down to the last game of the season, what more do you want. What you want to be like Celtic and win the title on the last game of the season and not even see a cup final.Yes I would love to see us do the treble but you do realise you have 2 men in charge who love rangers, that is a rare thing in management nowadays.Yes I slated the one up front,I still hate it but we just need to find the perfect partnership up front,it doesn't happen overnight.

Ok wee ger I will try but it ain't bloody easy with this one lol

Blinded loyalty I don't think so,but we have enough feckin people on here having a go at our, sorry the rangers team without the fans joining in before the season has started, mister who's glass is always half empty obviously.Judge each game on it's own merit and not automatically think we are going to lose every game, yes I want us to get to the last 16 of the CL and I'm not going to write them off yet.As much as we want them to be successful every season it won't always happen,as a fan you support your team though the good times and the bad it's what being a fan is about.

  6. keep the faith man I'm a celtic fan and rangers will go through i mean have you not been watching any the celtic games not much better chin chin things could be worse you could have gordon strachan

  7. I feel sorry for you but at least you sound like you are on the road to recovery. Bin the season ticket and save money on depression therapy. Hahahahaha!!!!

Oh and Celtic WON the title by 3 points, so it was never Rangers title to lose!!!

  8. i honestly don't think walter will play the same formation as last season..though god knows why he started with darcheville and miller...we will go through on away goals..give it more than one game befroe you lose the rag...at least wait until the away game is over..if we cant do it over there then ask questions

  9. well well well....a Gers man being negative about Walter and Ally? no way you gotta be on a wind up here....It's only been 1 match....?

  10. I hope not.  Think Messi was right when he described it as anti-football.  For a team with talented players whats been on over for the past 8 months or so has been awful.  Hopefully once the  spl season starts the "s**y football" will start lol

  11. How do you play the way the hoops play?

We play 2 strikers one of which isn't Miller

  12. Did not see the game but still expect Rangers to progress as they will get an away goal.Read that they did everything but score.

  13. surely my eyes deceive me, a gers fan doing the unthinkable and criticising the divine walter. you should know if you come on here that is not allowed. LMAO.

  14. i think the season will start like that but it will change because the Gers fans wont tolerate it. You lot were bored as heck by the anti-football last season and theres no way youl all fork for the over priced kits, season tickets and even pies (theyv went up in price i hear) to sit and be bored further.

but what gets me is, is this the way that Walter Smith wants to end his career?

Kids who werent really that old enough to remember the great footy played during the 9 in a row will only know him for the mince that is on the field just now,m not the great manager that he was.

  15. another attacking display by rangers with the aim of getting a good lead to take away for the 2nd leg

    oops lol

  16. I was at the match tonight. it was a poor performance, but I saw a lot of positives.Kenny Miller looks good,Broadfoot had a good game,we dominated from start to finish, we could have scored six You're entitled to your opinion, but you're the one being negative, you can't give up on the team, declare the season a failure and sack the management team based on a poor display in the first game.

  17. First I agree anyone should be alowed by creitical as well as give praise to their club players and management. Little point being a fan if your never going to be emotional about whats happening at your club.

I'm neither a rangers fan nor critic, I enjoy watching the SPL and seeing the teams in europe but it is hard to watch such a style of football as that.

Results are what we all want, for Rangers the worst case scenario would have been to lose, only slightly ahead of that was to allow an away goal...... but, what I think was surprising, was that a manager would show such little faith in his team to defend and keep a clean slate.

On paper Rangers are the superior team so what was it that had Smith/Macoist so troubled? Why was he showing so little faith in his midfield to be able to shut down the opposition in the middle of the park?

With respect to the Rangers fans, they just dont possess the speed and endurance to play counter attack football from so deep a position for 90 minutes before the season has even begun. To think that your attacking players could get into position quickly enough when the ball was won time and time and time again over the game is asking too much when match fitness is still being found.

I hope we will see it as an isolated case of an early game where the need for a guaranteed result forced such a compromise in style.

To witness that level of negative play from a club of that level continually , does a great deal of injustice to the players and the clubs history and even more so brings into question the managements own confidence in the players they are signing.
