  1. yes we are.but hey go to your local retail park and guess what ?people are still spending like if is tap water.same people day after day still spending.

  2. It doesn't seem too slow to me.........My family didn't feel the pinch during the last recession, but we are certainly feeling it this time........

  3. No, we are actually in a slow growth period.

We have not met the criteria required to be in a recession, nor have we come close to it.

Most people dont even know what a recession is, muchless what determines one.

  4. yes, because Bush has sold his soul for the army of the specs. The specs have ruin life and everyone has lost hope even in mexico.

  5. If you believe the government then no.  If you believe your eyes then yes.

    Take your pick.

  6. Assuming you're in America, your country seems like it might well be in recession. Our economy (Australia) is going like a steam train since it's tied to China, not yours. This isn't necessarily a good thing as our inflation is high, caused by overborrowing/spending and the stupid cost of petrol (far higher than yours - try $7 a gallon). Therefore our interest rates are very high - my mortgage rate is almost 10%, plus we're being caned by high fuel prices. So no fun for anyone these days really ...
