Are we in general doing a good job of conserving our drinking water? What is your suggestions?

Yes..just have to stop the elitists from gaining control of water rights,as is taking place now.

No, not really.  To me, desalination of sea water is our only viable solution.

most water we drink has been through humas about 6 times before, so we cant be doing that badly.

however i do think that using sea water would be a good idea as it would help lower sea levels
