Are we judging Obama the wrong way sometimes?

I'm asking for your opinion. Recently it seems like we are looking at everything Obama does BESIDES his plans for the country, like his friends mouthing off or Ludacris ripping on Hillary Clinton. Nobody cares about his campaign plans.

Absolutely not. I've read as much of his book as I could stand and he's not receiving near the scrutiny he should be receiving. He has no plans for this country other than trying to get as deep in yours and everyones pocketbook as he can to pay the entitlement and givaway programs in place now and the endless new programs he's dreamed up. He is a socialist bent on ruining America and then turning it over to a foreign power. What baffles me about him and other liberals is where do they think the money will come from once they bankrupt the country. Do they not understand that they can draw to much from that well and it will go dry? We're almost at that percentage level now with taxes. If I know that 50 or 60  percent of the money I make is going for taxes I'll stop working. I believe most other folks will too.

Why are you so interested over there in some singer, some z list celebrities been compared to one or the other. There is a reason these are coming up and it is this neither person wants to be asked the important things it seems to me over here. My word we had over here in Ireland some person working for McCain I think on about things and the only thing the whole interview he mentioned was the negative campaign that they were not doing. To tell you truthfully the impression we got over here of this man was  he sounded an idiot.

In fact he sounded like he did not know what any of the policies are of either his man or the other. That would not work over here at all we like to hear such things as what the spending plans they want, how many police, how many hospital beds, how many houses they wish to build. These and such issues must be on some of the voters minds over there? Certainly don't seem to be on the lips of any of the Journalists on CNN what I have heard. What kind of journalists cares more about some silly song rather than real issues?

Am  I been rude no I am urging people to ask these kind of questions forget the spin rubbish, they don't want to be asked important questions really they want it to be like a village beauty contest running a nation should never be decided by a beauty contest like format and that is what it is like.

this is what these two mens campaigns sound like over here no issues, just make sure to have something to say about slurs. Can the People of america eat slurs, or slagging matches?

I can speak only for myself.  When I heard Obama first speech and the CNN debate, I was excited.  He is a master at rhetoic, persuasive, and currently has become self-centered.  Obama gets more press than McCain because he has a great campaign.  Yes, some people are swoonig over him. But, if you really give thought to his words, he is slick.

Obama's rouge (sp) associations sure makes matter worse.  As senator for 2 years he didn't vote on anything.  Totally incredible!   Obama is an elities and has not demonstrated a plan for middle Americans.  We should be concerned that we will be paying more taxes for his programs.  For the sake of America, we need to listen carefully to both candidates..  

In  answer to your question, I don't think we are judging him the wrong way, what you see, is what you get.

Maybe...but aren't we hard on any person in the public eye. I just know that you can't believe everything you hear and watch on T.V. you must research things on your own and come up with your own opinions and stick to them.

Obama...well I can't really put my finger on it right now but he rubs me the wrong way. He seems to want to be a celebrity more than anything and I have NO IDEA what any of his plans are.

Most people on this site are.  

It is a tool used by both parties to distract voters from the real issues.  Right now the country is fixated on non issues.

People will judge Obama on their own priorities. On what they think is important.  We all  have our own way of looking at things. You decide on how you think and I will decide on how I think.
