Depends - I'm sat in the Sahara and haven't seen clouds for a couple of years. Rain would be nice.

I've had all the rain I can handle for awhile.  Maybe a nice wind will come through and blow these stinkin' clouds somewhere that they're wanted/needed.  It sure would be nice.
