Are we pregnant ?

Ok my wife had a miscarriage and she stopped bleeding five days later. On the sixth day we had unprotected s*x. Is it possible that she could get pregnant. I heard sperm lives in you for like 3 day. Is it possible she is or could get pregnant?

I doubt it.  She most likely won't ovulate again for probably a few weeks.  

Also... it is not recommended to get pregnant or try to get pregnant for 3-4 cycles after a miscarriage.  I am not sure why..but my doctor told me it wasn't recommended.

They say the sperm can live in you for 5 day and also you ovulate like a regular period so I would keep having s*x just to make sure she get pregnant. I also heard you ovulate the hole time after a miscarriage but im not sure about that. Just something i heard. Keep trying if you want to make a baby. If yall are ready it wont hurt you! Sorry for your lost and lost of baby dust.
