As far as i am concerned you never lost your title. I am from England ,

  I was in Caracas in 94 . I was only there for a moment when i saw the most beautifulest woman i had ever seen . Two minutes later i saw another women more stunning than i could of imagined . Then a minute later i saw beauty that i could only of dreamed of. I ended up walking down the  road  spinning in a circle....!!!

   They should scrap Miss Universe & just give Venezolanas the title permanently .

Personally i think latinas should win Miss Universe every year. they are the most beautifu ladies in the world. I live in America and you see fat cows walking around everywhere except for the Venezulanos, Colombianos, Dominicanos, Boriquas, Cubanos.
