We will elect the president that bring us peace, to the brink of war, or lead us into the WWIII. We all know who is supporting McCain and thier agenda...Obama is not a sure thing. JFK, RFK, MLK...their legacies were bestowed upon him...WHY? What has he done? He is charasmatic as JFK, knowlegable like RFK, black (I cannot see the resemblence to MLK...he was and still is my hero)....Who is Obama? Why should I trust someone I do not know? I know McCain...I may not like everything he has done but I know he loves this country and would never hurt it. What about Obama??? I just don't know...and can we take that chance?

  1. You, my friend, are a well educated voter.  Someone who is actually questioning the candidates that have been presented.

Risking your vote on "change" is ludicrous.  Every candidate promises change, and none have delivered.  It is a failed approach that some people continue to believe in.

Like yourself, I'm not all about McCain.  Some of his ideas just don't work for me... but more of his ideas seem plausible than Barack's.  All I see with Barack's plans are $$$$ coming out of my pockets and being re-distributed.  Sounds a lot like socialism to me... I'd rather vote safe than take a risk with the most prestigous and generous nation in the world

  2. How is Obama anything like a rockstar? and he isn't even muslim either if you actually heard anything Obama says about his religious beliefs rather than what the general population thinks he believes in then you would know that Obama openly denied being Muslim. And who cares anyways if he is, Not all Muslims are terrorists, the sad truth is that all of these misconceptions are bending reality and by now i dont think any american knows any concrete truth about either of the candidates, i'm just glad i'm not the one up on the pedestal being judged, most of our voters are fools anyways, myself included except i'm not going to vote.

  3. Rock Star

The "war hero" old and crusty!

He can't even remember the houses he owns, let alone their addresses!

  4. We need change.

    Who wants 4-8 more years

    like the last 4-8 years?

  5. I refuse to take such a chance with our country-I will be voting McCain palin this november.Obama is far to questionable, too far left.

  6. Hi Theresa.:)No we can't take a chance.MCCAIN/PALIN 08!

  7. war hero

  8. war hero, ill feel much safer with McCain leading the country..McCain and Palin 2008

  9. We have a war hero HE ACTUALLY WENT TO WAR.

We have a rock star HE CAN'T PLAY ANY MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS OR SING

  10. Ronald Reagan was a MOVIE STAR was he not.

  11. I'm not taking any chances on any Muslim.

    McCain/Palin 08

  12. We need a hero, not guitar hero .

McCain and Palin have got my vote.

  13. Obama because he "rocks"

  14. Now that McCain has chosen his running mate Sarah Palin, I think America needs to wake up and know that this Veteran who fought for our country and is a U.S. citizen has chosen a great running mate who is young, who is not just a women but a homemaker, worker, and mother which has all the experience this country needs to help serve our American citizens.

I truely believe we are ready for this election and have the right canidates.  Obama is a joke, he is not even a natural born U.S. Citizen!  If you look up what it says in the U.S. constitution about becoming a U.S. citizen you will find he doesn't even qualify.  I don't care what race you are or what gender you are, you need to be a natural born U.S. citizen in my book to become any kind of leader in this country.

    According to a USNA alumnus.

Barack Obama is not a legal U.S. natural-born citizen, according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between December 24, 1952,

    to November 13, 1986.

Federal Law states that the office of President

requires a person be a natural-born citizen, if the child was not born to two  U.S. citizen parents.

This is what exempts John McCain, though he was born in the US Panama Canal Zone .

US Law very clearly states: '. . . if only one parent is a U.S. Citizen at the time of one's birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for a minimum of ten years, five of which must be after the age of 16.

Barack Obama's father was not a U.S. Citizen, that is a fact. Obama's mother was only 18 when Obama was  born. This means even though she had been a U.S. Citizen for 10 years, (or citizen of Hawaii being a territory), his mother fails the test for at-least-5-years-prior-to Barack Obama's birth, but-after-age-16. In essence, Mother alone is not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. At most, 2 years elapsed from his mother turning 16 to the time of Barack Obama's birth when she was 18. His mother would have needed to have been 16 + 5 = 21 years old at the time of Barack Obama's birth for him to be a natural-born citizen.

The Constitution clearly declares: Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, any other information does not matter because his mother is the one who must fulfill the requirement to be a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16.

Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the USA for some time frame to protect any citizenship he might have had, rather than living in Indonesia.

If Obama gets into presidency, our country will go into WWIII.  He is from Indonesia and was raised an athesist.  His color has nothing to do with this, its his back ground that the U.S. needs to worrie about.  Personnally, the U.S. can't afford to risk every thing on Obama.

Obama has done nothing for this country.  Yes he is black and like most individuals in this country suceeds, we need to have equal races among our leaders, but not one is has no experience and not one who can not even hold his hand over his heart when the American Alegence or our National Athem is played.

I am a proud American, I have served my country in the U.S. Army and in my eyes, he shows no respect for our country when our own American Allegence or National Athem is played and he can't even put his hand up over his heart.  If he shows that kind of respect, just think about the kind of respect he will show when he is president and he'll let our country go to the dogs because he has no respect.

America wake up and don't let our country be ruined by this non-christian and non-U.S. citizen.  It is up to you America, make the right choice.
