Are we really technologically advanced in software...when we are not able to maintain food security to million

we have enough food, logistics is the key.

why dont't techies like infosys and tcs come in to the help of govt and ngos in this direction.

is it only the responsibility of govt.. or just blaming the govt. will suffice our duty.
