Are we safer today?

Question

Can anyone explain to me how the recent Supreme Court decision that allows foreign butchers to have access to the same court rooms, the same judges, the same legal system that they are dying to destroy, (pun intended) made the US and our citizens one bit safer.

Now I am not asking you to give your opinion on if it was right or wrong, or a long spiel about habeas corpus or any c**p like that.

Just tell me how the people of the United States are safer now that terrorist have the right to appeal their confinement over and over until they finally find a bleeding heart judge who will set them free to bomb again. All at the taxpayers expense. Remember judges and courtrooms with massive security are not cheap.

don't sweat this one pal...the SC has absolutely NO power over the military.  they will ignore this idiotic ruling as if it never happened.

I'm not going to be any help with your question:

We are not safer by granting them the due process they seek to destroy.
