Would tourism figures soar when environments are cleaner, the roads are safer from crimes and human rights practice also ensure the tourist more freedom?Would California become the model for the safest and most harmonious state in the US? Will the police force become a more dynamic institution and the uncontrolled possession of small arms become history for the good of every citizen?
