Are we simply coming out of an ice age?

Question

Is it possible that global warming is not our fault, and that the earth is naturally warming out of an ice age?

Do you think we will adapt to warmer temperatures in the future, if this is infact the case?

Consider the possibility that both of your propositions may be true. We are heading into a natural warming period but this has been greatly accelerated by CO2 emissions in the last century. 1 + 1 = global catastrophe!

Time magazine ran an article in 1974 that quoted scientists saying that we were heading into an ice age.  Interesting.

I have to wonder about things like that...  In 20 years, will they all say that the world is about to be destroyed by (insert weather pattern here)?

True climate change is measured in thousands of years or epochs not decades. Yes it is true we are by definition still in an ice age ! It has been warming for the last 12.000 years since the last ice sheet recede from North America. There is no way to know for sure what the average temperature should be. Since we don't know of any time in earths past when it stayed the same. In truth they (scientist) don't know how the last ice age ended! They continue to gather facts and temp readings from around the globe but there is still too little information to make a good guess about anything!

Global Warming just to keep us from seeing the Asteroid that going to kill everyone on Friday 13th, 2029.

Yes. Global waming is a big myth that is based on demonic, false logic. It's like believing in fake wrestling, astrology or Santa Claus and it was instigated by that liberal lunatic, Al Gore, who also claims to have invented the Internet..
