Are we supposed to tip the shuttle drivers at the airport? I?

I do, but I rarely see others doing it.

I don't think your supposed to tip them unless you feel the need to. some of these drivers are real jerks, i know because my roommate works for a Airport Shuttle service.

Usually the rule of thumb is that if they help you with your bags then you tip. If it is only when getting on and off then $1 per bag is suitable but if they help you to the curb with your bag then a bit more is good.
