Are websites like Crucial.com and Newegg.com trusted websites to make purchases off of?

I'm looking for some ram for my computer, and these two places have very good prices, compared to that of bestbuy or circuit city. I'm just wondering if anyone has made purchases from either of these websites and if I will get what I am paying for, meaning great store bought quality. Thanks alot.

Newegg.com is a trusted site, I have purchased from them, can't tell you anything about Crucial.com ,,

Newegg.com has been around for a long time and is a trusted seller.

Myself and friends of mine have purchased from them may times before without problems.

I am not sure about Crucial.com. Never heard of them before...
