  2. They are in the USA, and you folks are not that different from us, even though you don't exchange chololate rabbits on Easter. (You exchange chocolate moose.)

    Go to the county courthouse in the county the person died (or, if he was eaten by a shark while vacationing in Tahiti, to the county he lived in.) Talk to the clerk of the probate court. You may have to pay a fee for a copy.
