  1. I hope so because I have one leaving everything I own to my son and grandson.    But you can contest a will if you don't agree.


  2. If done legally and not under deres, Yes. It is always best to have a person or person's that have power of attorney, that you trust, to look out for your best interest's and wishes.  

  3. If properly drawn by a person of sound mind, executed according to the laws of the state and question, and legally filed for probate by a judicially responsible administrator or executor, yes.

  4. Wills are a legal document, if executed and witnessed correctly, and are leaglly binding. However, wills can be contested, (and often are), if there is a belief that 1) there is a later will which replaced the will in question, 2) the person making the will was not of sound mind, 3)The is a question as to the authenticity of the will.
