  1. Why should they be? With the economy shaky since years, college costs for the kids etc, most men & women are unhappy! Only idiot feminists could believe that merely being a male gives you all the candy. They were entirely up the wrong alley. Gender has little to do with it--its the wallet that does. Rich men and women are happy, in fact since Bush happier than in decades, and all of us others have to struggle. Class, not gender, is the true battleground.

  2. i couldnt be happier. life is pretty great in this era women can do what they like, they have all the options and i am having a great time using them :)

  3. I think I'm happier in some ways than I was twenty years ago, because my husband and I get along so much better now than we did then.  On the other hand, in some ways life gets sadder as you get older, people dying and so on, my parents were alive then for instance, which was a happy thing for me.  Overall, I am not entirely sure whether I am happier now than I was then.

As for women in general, I could not say.  I daresay some are happier and some are less happy.

  4. I'd say the attractive ones are. They get the benefit of good looks AND laws from feminism. It's a win win for them.

As for the rest of the women... I'd say not really. How happy could they be if forums like THIS still exist?

I'd say ugly women are worse off than ever because our culture has become increasingly superficial since the advent of television. Plus, camera phones, You Tube, and Web chatting doesn't help.

  5. No.  The depression rates went up considerably, especially in the 1980s, and they keep climbing, for both men and women.  (For men they are lower, but violence rates are higher....)  Proof - all the meds that are out there such as Prozac, Zoloft etc.  Part of women's  going to work put emotional strain on the family.  As a result, no one rears the children and the extended family is virtually nonexistent, at least in the US.  That support system is therefore gone, as is the sense of community.  (This is why you had the "goth" thing btw.  And parents thought their kids were just weird.  What a bunch of morons.)  So, what you had were kids who grew up without parents, unless you count your television set as part of the family, and are now emotionally illiterate.

  6. Some are, some aren't. Overall, they are not, but there are dozens of things you could attribute to that.

  7. Every study show's that women in general feel more free and are more hopeful, while on the other hand men generally feel less free and opressed.
