This is the face of justice in the UK today:

She is part of the UK government - Solicitor General for England and Wales - who agrees with the new laws which mean that: "Women who kill abusive partners could escape conviction for murder if they can prove they lived in "fear of serious violence" under an overhaul of the homicide laws announced today. A further defence against murder charges which allows people to argue they were driven to kill by "words and conduct" that left them "seriously wronged" will also be made available to defendants" http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/overhaul-of-murder-laws-to-protect-victims-of-domestic-violence-879493.html

Do you think its justice for a woman to be able to kill a man, even if its just for something he said that left them feeling seriously wronged? Do any men here feel seriously wronged by this law?

  1. Wow!!!!  Jezebel is not hiding who she is so very well any more, is she?

  2. Not the point kitten, its legalised murder, of men by women.

Isn't it odd (or not) that all these laws had been passed at the same time.

    Legal murder of husbands

Jail for a man who insults a female family member

Jail for a man who won't sleep with his wife

Jail for a man who phones his wife too often

    WTF feminists?

    Gone for a coffee?

  3. This woman is seriously against anti-feminists be they men or women.  I'm going to jump on the bridge and risk it by telling you just exactly what I think this is all about.  Either we are going to be Feminists or not and she's going to make d**n sure of it. If I'm wrong I will take full responsibility. I only came to this conclusion by reading between the lines. Perhaps I have read wrong; that is possible.

  4. Words "justify" Nothing. -& CERTAINLY NOT killing someone else...

  5. she like all femenists is a b*tch,

no it doesn't,women should be put to death if they kill their husbands.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR KILLING.

  6. Kommissar Harman is a known extremist and it is the distorted thinking of such people which is causing the Blair/Brown government to lose credibility in the public mind.

This latest proposal of hers (like her earlier proposal to shut down women's prisons and just jail men) all seek to undermine the principle of equality under law regardless of gender.

Her proposal is fiercely opposed by well-known public figures including Erin Pizzey. Erin, the pioneering founder of women's refuges, knows full well how the feminista operates. (Read some of her books and you will learn how the feminists threatened to kill her and her family because she would not kowtow.)

  7. There's no justification for murder, unless its self-defense, no matter what gender the attacker or victim is.

"driven to kill by "words and conduct", well thats just wrong, thats no excuse for killing someone.

  8. No, they may be justified in saying some words back.
