  1. No.  allah is wrong!  The only reason women have less experience is because men held them back.  Now that women have rights, allah has been proved to be wrong by the millions of working and experienced females, single moms handling all household finances, etc.

  2. Yes.

Not just financial transactions but any other circumstances.

My Imam used to tell us 2 women were required to provide evidence, for example if they wanted to give evidence that they had seen the Moon for Ramadan to start, there should be witness from more than one woman, or 1 man will suffice, Why? Just incase one woman forgets, the others can remind her of what she saw, and was not imagining it.

This to me is completely away from reality. I don't know if we can draw line as to strengths and weakenesses of both sexes, but Islam takes the Pi**.

  3. Not forgetful. Inexperienced.

    Both views here!

    I'm good.

  5. only cause they don't deal wit it as much.

  6. At that time women were very inexperienced with financial transactions so they may be unaware of how that works. However, now, I would consider myself as qualified as any lay man to witness a transaction. I'm very logical, not too emotionally driven and don't get moody :)

But it is God's law, and unless they can find a way to interpret to fit these time then I will trust in His wisdom. I figure it's only dealing with money anyway, so whatever! :D

    Masalams.

  7. They r not forgetful,

    but in Isamic world,

    Men earn the money,

    Women take care of children,

So men take care of business and business in not women's field, just like feeding infants is not men's field

  8. lmao, well when i look at my mum and dad, and my mum and dad's parents, the women in my dad and mum's family i would say yes, :P
