Are you Packer fans really that obnoxious?

Just finished reading this: http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2008/08/08/aaron-rodgers-would-like-your-kids-to-stop-swearing-at-him/

And all I can say is, wow. Aaron has been taking this whole thing as good as he can, and has done nothing wrong. Yet the fans insist on doing this to their own quarterback? Unbelievable. Packers deserve to have a losing season now for all I care.

The ones that you just read about are just still mad that Thompson did that to Brett. You have to understand that this is a bigger deal than you realize. He has been the QB in Green Bay for 16 years and then he wants to come back and the Packers act like he was their worst enemy. But you are right about how they arent treating Aaron Rodgers right. Its not his fault that he is now the starting QB, the fans are just mad that it isnt Brett who is there. It will die down by the start of the regular season though. I dont know why the Packers would deserve to have a losing season though. Its not the packers its the packers fans.

This type of behavior from these so called "die hard Packer fans" is rude, unacceptable and unlike the real fans I know.  A Rod has handled this circus with grace and maturity like a real star should.  Any less QB would have faltered under the stress and frustration of it all.  Yet these people are booing and just being rude to this poor guy.  He hasn't even showed the football world how good is is yet and people are already giving him a hard time.  Let him stink it up in a game that counts before you boo.  And when he does the real fans will be sure to let him and the team know how we really feel, but for now, we can only assume that Mike McCarthy and the Packers Organization knows what they're doing by trading that other guy... he is gone and it is now Rodger's team.  Shut your mouth and let the man play.
