I have Libra moon so I feel inclined to answer. ;D

Usually when I want something I either go get it or tell it right to their face, if that doesn't work, I talk them into it, I could use my charm I just choose not to.

I absolutely hate being alone, I feel like I need some by my side always, but I can handle no one. It's not that I'm not independent, it's more that I know I'll never have to feel bored!

I don't have any secrets honestly. I tell everyone the truth and only the truth, I don't keep secrets.

i am a libra,and no,i cant get what i want,i live bitter and very angry because of it...and no,i dont hate being alone in that other sense,i mean,i am very different from everybody else,that's why i am alone,at least here,maybe eventually i'll find better friends...but,my charms and looks makes me get lots of attention,hehe,specially from guys...and girls over like 12 to 16...every time i pass around a bus or a place that's full of people,there are lots of guys and some girls that stare at me...im not the brad pitt,but i defend myself,not ugly...i use my charms to make people to trust me,i talk to so many people,thou i am not friends with anyone...

I have Libra Sun/Rising/Mercury/Mars. However, I do enjoy my alone time. I like doing things with people, and enjoy a good conversation, but after a while, I get tired and need my space. I enjoy a day where I can shut myself up in my room and just have some quiet time to think.

I do often use my charm to get what I want. Though, normally what I want ends up benefiting the whole party. I make it seem like I'm giving everyone a choice, while I'm secretly pushing things in the direction I want them to go.

As far as secrets, I don't normally have very many. At least not at this point in my life. I don't mind talking about myself if it won't come back to hurt me or get anyone involved badly. I have quite a few friends that I consider close enough to talk to personally. However, if I did have a secret that was very deep and private, I probably wouldn't tell it to anyone. The way I see it is, the only way to keep something secret is to keep it to yourself. Even with the most loyal friends, there's always a way for things to spread.

I know so many Libra's, they are DRAMA! They don't like to be alone, they're clingy, they're pushy and act like they know-it-all and they definitely like to charm their way into just about everything..... I know what you meant about being alone....my brother is a libra, my boss, my guy friend, my girl friend.....they all need ANY company.....

I have libra rising, scorpio sun. At times I want to be partnered up (I'm happiest when I am :D) and at times I prefer to be alone. I just bat my eyelashes and poof there it is. (Just kidding.) It works sometimes, not always. I'd say my Libra charm works 85% of the time.
