My friends say I am because can draw people and keep their attention. Apparently I'm a good speaker as well and can talk people into doing things my way.

Yes I am.  You must be born with charisma, you can't learn it.

Some people can't accept this simple fact.

But people will find confidence and enthusiasm attractive.  Not the same as charisma, but worth having.

self confidence, sense of humor-not afraid to laugh at yourself, the ability to attract the attention of others without being demanding....strong sense of self....and I smile alot too :)

To be charismatic, you must be confident in yourself and in your message.  Be polite and charming, pay attention to others, smile alot, and be able to shrug off adversity.

In the sales force, you must first believe in the product in order to sell it to others. This works with ideas as well.

I can be, depending on my mood. If I'm relaxed. I can be funny, warm, easy going, cute,(as in small, young looking, innocent looking,laugh easily)and sincere. People have commented and sometimes people make a fuss. Ironically. I'm a diagnosed sociophobe and mostly stay home, and try to avoid people or not attract any attention if I have to go out. If I don't have to go out, I won't.
