  1. Yes you are.

  2. I think the keyword here is "Illegally"

    From the dictionary

Illegal is used to describe something that is prohibited or not authorized by law or, more generally, by rules specific to a particular situation

    Does that answer your question?

If someone wants to find a better life they should go through the proper channels to enter the country. If they don't they are a criminal and should be treated as such.

  3. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION!!!!!!!! ILLEAGALLY ENTER MEANS YES, YOU ARE A CRIMINAL.  W...T... F  ?!?!?!?

  4. Yes.... you entered illegally.

  5. YES.  You entered ILLEGALLY.  Criminals break laws dummy.

  6. YES... You broke the law.

  7. If you enter a country illegally to find a better life you HAVE broken the law and therefore are a CRIMINAL. If I rob a bank to feed my wife and children am I a criminal?

Gee John a crime is still a crime regardless of how you feel about it and the comparison stands. If it's acceptable to violate Federal Law (illegal immigrant) then it must logically be acceptable to violate Federal Law (robbing a FDIC insured bank) since in both scenarios it's being done to improve ones quality of life. To claim otherwise showing how lacking in critical thinking skills you are.

  8. If I go steal a car with air conditioning so that my poor children don't have to ride in a hot car without it, so as to make their life better, am I still a criminal?  Of course.  You cannot justify illegal actions with moral intentions.

If I rob a bank and give the money to charity, am I a criminal?  Hellooooooo.  A crime is an action -- intent is USUALLY not a legitimate element of.

If I go murder a child who is beating up my little boy, thus making my son's life better, am I a criminal?  Nuf said?
