Bush's plan to help the United states;give them the finger

Between talks of recession and oil prices that want to reach heaven, President Bush is doing working on his master plan. He has been masterfully working on proposals that congress just wont pass. Tired of all of this, the President has decided to matters into his own hands or should I say his  finger? The President is now pointing at congress to blame them for what is going on. He blames congress on blocking proposals that are summited. Brilliant, when times are getting hard, blame someone else.

I knew this is rather old but it's the first thing that came to mind
