Are you a leader or a follower,or both?

When you have something good to offer,it is Leadership

of a positive quality.

When you don't know,and don't care.You will have to

be a follower in order to get through the jungle.

Being both a Leader and a follower can help you in

more than one way.

well, that is true. but it is more neccassary to be a leader, which i am. this world  is not trustworthy enough to follow.

I am foremost a complementary companion.

And as such I take the role that is vacant and need to be fulfilled to get the things done.

That means I  am both.

But  I prefer to follow and learn, if there is a capable leader and also will follow, encourage and stimulate a less capable leader.

But I will definitely take the lead the moment I think it is absolutely necessary.

I always accept all leadership and will acknowledge the importance of the work that is done by the leader.

when it boils down to it, i'd say everyone's a follower. even the leader, cuz the leader's probably following a set of standards or beliefs.
