I would kill to be a medium, pregnancy kills that entirely. I am more like a snowball now. I know clothes isn't what you meant but that is really funny, but in terms of your question. I don't know if I am a medium, if I am I am too scared to be in touch with it like most people are with even other physically present people. But I have had fascinating experiences in life where I was the only one sensing anything and there was even a paranormal investigator present. But I was having physical experiences so I don't know if that makes me a medium. As far as empaths my brother claims to be one but he is currently far more in touch with his emotions than anyone elses because he suffers from depression which is totally disabling him as an empath. I would definately say I am sensitive to emotions though and I always have been. But I don't even know if that would make one an empath my brother makes it out like theres more to it. But if there isn't I think that Celine Dion is definately empathic which explains why she is so weird yet wholesome. I definately think it is possible to me a medium or an empath but I do believe too that there are a lot of people who think they are and they really aren't but its still really nice that they are open minded, thats a lot more insight than you will get from most anyway.

I think so. but Im not sure. I don't know how you would know. My first experience was whenI was about 8 yearsold. I had the feeling of beeing watched adn went to check and didn't see any one but heard something. It sounded like awolf and a lion or tiger fighting. eversince we moved out I haven't had any more experiences at home.

My first experience as a medium was about 5 or six months ago after a stint in the hospital causing me to be nearly immobile for a month and a half.  Fortunately I have a high paced job now and can proudly say I'm back to a small  ;-)  But I AM still aiming for xtra small... The spirit that lives in my closet says it won't be long.

It has been said that I am...although I usually don't try to communicate to them, they seemingly come to me, and I have call one in a few times because I know she is very gentle, compassionate, and comforting. She speaks out loud, and I know what she thinks as I can feel her thoughs, this happens with people sometimes, their thoughts pop in my head. Sometimes while I am sleeping, if spirits come near, many things seem to happen to me, either I wake up to see them, or my third eye opens to see them in the room, and I can communicate telepathy and or I read their energy. I am know to have an OBE and either communicate or if it's a bad spirit I will fight and get rid of it, that only happened once. I've been know to touch them and they touch me, like holding hands, hug, and once a spirit allow me to put my hands on her face, because I wanted to know what she looked like, I can only see her in spirit form and not much detail, until she show me what she looked like in dreams and past life memories. Like ESP I sometimes can feel when something bad is about to happen, or I have a vision of whats about to happen. I am always recieving warnings to protect me, sometimes in dreams that come true. Or my ear would vibrate when bad news is about to ring on the phone, again as a warning. I tend to listen to the way my body feels, I know sometims when bad things are about to happen and I just automatically prepare for it. I can usually feel the difference in the presences of spirits when they come near, especially when I don't see them, and know where they are in the room and feel that I may know who they are by the feel, especially when their thoughts pop in my head.

My first experience was when I was four and playing in a large closet that led to many rooms, I looked in one of the skeleton key holes in one of the doors that led to a bedroom and saw a spirit float by, perhaps the same one I have seen all my life, and that has been coming to me...her name is Erica. Not only is she beautiful, in looks, but in spirit as she is always compassionate, gentle and comforting. She always floats, some of the men I have seen either walk on the floor or through the floor and walls. Most are either completely white to grayish in color....only one I was able to see in all his face detail and clothes for a short time.

I am certainly not a medium, even though I can communicate with ghosts. This communication isn't psychic or telepathic in nature, either. It's also one reason I'm fairly convinced that ghosts aren't actually spirits of dead people who are walking around.

You are the only one who can know if you're a medium.

However, before you jump to the conclusion that you're a medium before you can eliminate other possible causes for your belief, you may want to ensure that these are not the case. For example, several conditions of the brain can cause audio hallucinations (and there are ways to check if this is the case), as well as exposure to EMF's which can make things seem to fit into the idea of being a medium happen, without the actual gift being present.

In order to arrive at the truth, you have to eliminate every other possibility first. I like how Sherlock Holmes said it: "When you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." This concept is called "Occam's razor" and is one of several excellent tools in figuring out just what the **** is going on.

And, to fit in with the silly nature of many of the responses, XL in shirts and undies, L in hats, shoes and gloves, and unsure on socks. Probably L. The only thing "medium" about me is my tone of voice (I have fewer interesting qualities in my voice than Ben Stein, the "Clear Eyes" commercial guy).
