If not, I have wanted to see someone about this for a few years now, but would prefer to find someone through word of mouth.

Most people around me are not so interested/don't believe, so I have left it so far.

I used to be, but I've put on a few pounds since then. My message to you is to do what I do --  exercise daily, watch your intake of fried foods, and emphasize fruits and vegetables in your diet.
