Are you a yes man/woman?

Question

Are you a Yes person because its easier than saying whats right as opposed to disagreeing? i respect people more for being honest - even if i don't like what i hear, just so long as you are polite and honest.

What do you say??

I like honesty too, in general, but not to the point where it is antagonistic and puts people on the defensive. I say "in general" because every sutiation is different; There are times when I won't hold my tongue either. I don't like it when someone goes out of his/her way to deliberately hurt someone's feelings, and then says, "But I was JUST BEING HONEST!"

I can't stand people who do not like to confront - especially in the workplace.  In a relationship, I want someone who is going to work with me through life, not just go with what I want all the time.  If I wanted someone who wanted to be at my every command and do everything I wanted, I'd get a dog.

I tend to try to be honest or say nothing socially because even my closest friends will tell you tact is not my strong point. When I was at work I would argue the toss but once I realised that I was on a loser I followed the idea that if the Boss says the moon is made of cheese fetch him a ladder.

The reason: " De boss may be wrong but de boss is always de boss"
