Are you able to change a PNG image into a JPEG image?

I just got my own account on Scrapblog and I want to upload some snapshots I took using my VLC Media Player. When I get to the upload page, they didn't show up so I looked in the pictures folder of my computer and found out that all of them were PNG images. The website said that they only took JPG, JPEG, BMP, TIF, TIFF, and GIF images. So can you change them? I really want these pictures, I have good ideas for them in my new Scrapblogs.

Here is the easy way to save photos as jpg/jpeg (same thing) files. Right click on the photo click "save picture as" check the box at the bottom is set to jpg and "save" and the file is automatically saved as jpg.

should be able to do that with mspaint, open the png, save it as jpg :)
