  1. definitley take it to the shop. they have to remove and then relace the spokes to the cassett and rim.  you shouldnt do it yourself you could set your wheel off balence


  2. Yes.  Technically, it's not a cassette; it's simply a one cog freewheel.  It screws on to the threaded hub.  Normal thread, so turning left (counter-clockwise) will be to loosen/remove.  You'll need the correct freewheel tool and a chain whip.  Check the links below.

    Second link is a video.  It shows removal of a multi-cog freewheel, but it's the same process for your single cog.

    If you can afford it buy the tools for this and do it yourself.  Good tools last a lifetime.

  3. Yes, i and strongly recomend going to your local bike shop, seing you don't even know how and this is the kind of delicate work you pay an exepert to do... it's not easy and far from being it too
