  1. No sorry you are stuck in Australia for life.  Have you thought about holidaying in Tasmania?  I hear its a lot like the USA

    As long as you have a valid passport and visa.

    If the conviction is non-recorded then that is exactly that - it isn't recorded on official documentation.

Yes you can - basically you need to apply for a US visa.  Their consulate is in Sydney so you will be required to go there for an interview.  You can start the interview process online though.  I had a client who had a criminal conviction 40 years ago and he got a visa.  Even if it is non recorded I would still go through the process just to be safe.  Contact your travel agent if you have any questions.  If you dont have one and need any assistance you can email me at work on sally_andrews@travel-associates.com.au.
