  1. Are you able too send FIREWORKS by postage the answer is YES most people are able to do anything.  But is it LEGAL no it's not LEGAL its ILLEGAL to send FIREWORKS by postage i hope i helped you with that.  Good luck trying if you do.

No.  Go to usps.com, the official website of the US postal service.  There you can see each countries customs allowances- what's permitted, what's not, and maybe you can suit your customs declaration to something more permittable.  I don't think any countries allow fireworks in the mail.  Postal workers don't like to explode at work.
