i love coffee . i am not a big Starbucks fan however. i don't like the way there coffee tastes but i love places like Seattle's best coffee. i can eat the roasted beans by themselves, yummy!!yet it is the caffeine that addicts me to it. (going off of Seattle's best standards) 2 shots of espresso equals a 12 oz cup of coffee as far as caffeine level. so if you are looking for a quick get me up take a couple of shots of espresso. if u don't like the taste then i would suggest that you get a con panna and add a little bit of sugar.( con panna is espresso and whipped cream)
