I am. I don't even want to take her to her next appointment. There have been so many scares with vaccinations, and I heard they could more dangerous than good? Have we become to dependent on vaccinations?

  1. Yes there are certain vaccinations that my children will not receive when they are you like MMR and chicken pox. Chicken pox is an unnecessary vaccinations. I had them and I survived them (they might not be fun but no sickness is). MMR Is thought to be linked to autism in children because of the mercury in the shot. I would wait definitely till school age until I vaccinate my children.

  2. No, I'm not.  And I say this as a mother of three kids, one who has autism.

If I had another child, the only thing I would do differently is to spread out the vaccines, so they only get one vaccine at a time.  Of course this means more dr. visits and more frequent shots, but I think its worth it.

On the rare cases where children had underlying disorders that were exacerbated by vaccines - do the research.  You'll find the main cause was they received MULTIPLE vaccines at once.  That one court case, the girl received NINE vaccines at once.  I think thats alot for any child's body to take on.... never mind one with an underlying disorder.

Other than that, I want my children properly protected against these potentially fatal diseases, so my children will all be vaccinated, just on a spread out schedule.

  3. no i was vaccinated as a child and their was nothing wrong with me

  4. I am afraid to vaccinate my children.

I used to vaccinate them without a 2nd thought.  Because I was young, and I thought you just were supposed to vaccinate.  But when my daughter had a reaction to a vaccine, it started me thinking and researching.

I truly believe that the side effects of these vaccines are more dangerous than the diseases we are vaccinating against.

Everyone thinks measles are so deadly, and in a few rare cases people do have serious complications from measles.  But you can get the SAME serious complications from the measles vaccine!! Encephalitis, anyone?

When my parents were kids they all got measles... No one was running screaming for their lives.

When we were kids we all got chicken pox...  Now we vaccinate for it.

The next generation is going to believe that chicken pox is some deadly disease that kills 50% of the kids that get the condition.

This is the c**p vaccine makers want you to believe!!  Vaccines are big money!!!!

Good Luck with whatever you decide....  It's a very difficult choice whether to vaccinate or not....  We all just want out kids to be happy and healthy! ~

  5. All these people act like the parents are making up the connections they find between their brain-damaged children and the vaccines. Like after their child dies because the doctors said, "fevers at 106.8 and above, turning blue, and not being able to move" are normal  reactions to the certain shot and shouldn't be fretted over. My sister had a near-death experience after a second dosage and was in the hospital for days. Her brain stopped developing correctly and she had the mental capacity of a 4 year old when she was 7. She knew perfectly how to talk when she was dosed, but then she became mute. It slowly ebbed into selectively mute and now she is able to talk again, if you can understand her. My cousin had a similar reaction. His brain stopped developing after two years old. Now, 30 years later, he is still a toddler. He cannot speak completely and will never learn how to. Another friend's children came over from another country and got years worth of shots and died. And I bet you're wondering, how will my child go to school? If you have a notarized immunization form, you're exempt. And yes, I do think we are dependent on vaccines, if anything else was defecting children, we wouldn't be defending it. So, it's your choice and your child. There are more success stories but really, would you want to take the chance that yours won't be?

  6. Mine have all been vaccinated up to date. They are all fine.

I was born before the MMR vaccine came out. I am now profoundly deaf thanks to catching rubella.

  7. be very afraid I hope you live somewhere in the states that don't arrest parents for not poisoning there kids. my son went down 2 weeks after one lot of Mercury and diseased animal tissue and embalming fluid which is what makes up these things , the Mercury has been removed from a lot of them now tell your doctor you want to know whats in the product, before using it .

the benefits are questionable and most drops in disease rates can be attributed to better hygiene we now have compared to 40 years ago there are some interesting things on you tube to have a look at and i have plenty of info on studies done recently in regards the stresses placed on kids and teens alike  still developing immune systems by assaulting them with this stuff, autism and aspergers are not confined to toddlers adults suffer as well and the numbers are exploding world wide where immunisation is used. your government changed its laws to make it very hard for the general public to sue the drug companies who make billions from this stuff for a very good reason.

  8. no i am not scared. I have had all my vaccinations and nothing has happend to me and my sister. My boyfriend and his brother and sister had all thiers and thier fine also. My daughter has had all her vaccinations since she was born.

  9. I'm not a mom YET but yeah I'd be afraid I'm in college and I had some shots missing apparently but I refused to get them because they can cause some nasty side effects =/. I'll probably get the most necessary shots for my kids but that's it.

  10. Yes, I am scared, but I do it. My son has had 3 sets of vaccinations so far. During the first two he was very sick for two days after- fussy, throwing up, temperature, etc. It was enough to make me question them, anyway. By the 3rd set he had no symptoms at all and did just fine. Of course, I worry about the 2 year shots now considering a girl's family just won a HUGE law suit where I live here in Georgia earlier this year because they blamed the vaccinations for her autism. I always thought people said that vaccinations did not cause autism, but how exactly did they win the case? Obviously the evidence was enough to convince the jury otherwise. But yes, I am scared, but I think the benefits outweigh the risks.

  11. Not once I've done the research. Ask for mercury free vaccinations--the doctor can order them. The autism link was debunked years ago, and just a couple of weeks ago, researchers found the exact gene that carries autism, proving that it's genetic. The whole idea of giving vaccinations started in the 1500's, and the principle today is the same--you give the body a small dose of the "bad" illness to build up the immunity. If a person didn't have any reaction to the shot at all, I'd be concerned that he/she didn't get enough to build up their immune system.

  12. I'm not afraid to get my children vaccinated.  I just use common sense.

Many of the vaccinations are very good.  Some are questionable.  You just need to do your research and decide what's best.  No need to be fearful.

  13. Please believe a 'professional' who knows that the dangers of getting a disease far outweigh any side effects associated with a vaccination.
