  1. Yes I am and it comes from a fear of a loss of emotional support, it is a phobia and it has to do with anxiety.

  2. Not really, the more times you go up the easier it becomes

  3. Yes I am.  The closest I can go to The Eiffel Tower is to the local souvenir shop for a post card.

Seriously I keep trying to conquer it, but man made structures just make me dizzy.  It's due to a fluid imbalance in the inner ear.

    However, flying.  No problem.

  4. perhaps bt i m not phobic..

  5. i used to love being up high in trees, on ladders i even used to climb on my mums roof but now I've got an ear problem that effects my balance so i feel sick standing on a chair . it's the worst feeling losing the ability to have that small freedom . it's not so much a fear of heights really its the fear of falling now my balance is out of whack.

  6. Yes and no.  I am scared of heights, that's why its kind of funny that I like to go backpacking on mountains that are 10,000 feet or more.  Sometimes the trail can get very narrow and precarious, and at those times I have to forget for a minute that I'm scared of heights, or I'd never get where I need to go.

  7. yes, even watching people up on heights scares me

  8. Somewhat. You'd never know that I used to pick apples when I was in college. Big heavy wooden ladders. For kicks, I'd select an apple at the top of the tree and try to eat it while leaving it attached to the tree.

  9. no but my mother is

  10. yes but only if I'm exposed like on a building observation deck or even up on a ladder.  If I'm in an airplane I'm fine.

  11. Yes,but you need experience of going hiking and mountain climbing to remove this fear which many suffer from.

  12. If you mean is it a scary feeling the answer is no. If you mean do my knees buckle and I sink to the floor then my answer is yes. Maybe it is in the definition of being afraid.

  13. " Only when i forget that icant fly "
