Yep - it's winter!  Are you complaining?  I wish it would snow - last time I walked in snow was December 2006.  As for the Texan - yep it will be warming up there!

No! I'm in uggboots, tracksuit pants and am wearing two jumpers with a heater going right beside me and the fire going in the lounge room and i'm still cold!

Too right mate it is near freezing outside so I'm all bundled up in my snugly blanket with, only my fingers and face uncovered.

Yeh, but it was 3 degrees celcius this morning, it was f-f-f-f-freeezing!!!

I loved New Zealand and spent a few days in Christchurch back in 2005 ... but it was March and warm.  It's sunny and warm in Los Angeles.
