  1. maby for show and tell

  2. yes you are, it is generally the owners decision, it has to be within the national day care standards, the pet has to be fully vaccinated and their must policies in place aswell, hope this helps

  3. Our laws require a vet certificate stating the health of the animal and it would have to be regularly updated.  Pain, but true.

  4. my new placement is at a day nursery on a farm. they have goats, giuinia pigs, sheep and ponies.

it depends on the setting. iff they want them they can ift not they don't.

  5. if that nursery allows it.  what kind of pets are we talking about?  if talking cats/dogs, i hope the nursery doesn't allow them.  their not bad pets but some children develop allergies because of their hair. if the pets are caged, that should be fine, it allows the children to learn responsiblity.

  6. I believe it is up to the school owner.  As long as the animals are kept clean and healthy, up to date on shots, etc I think you can.  I had a guinea pig and a bunny in my classroom at the center I used to work at.  When I left I took the guinea pig with me because I knew no one else would take care of it.

  7. I agree that most probably the answer is that it depends on the owner/director of the program.
