Are you allowed to bring powdered makeup on an airplane?

I know the 3oz ziploc bag rule for all liquids and gels, but is there any rule against POWDERED makeup?

Powder isn't a problem. Just Make up removers or facial cleansers 3 oz. or smaller container

As far as I know, there are no regulations against powdered make-up, but this may very well be different per country. I would advice you to check in with your own airport - and if you're intending on bringing it back, your destination airport - since airports sometimes apply their own rules to restricted items. I have seen that rules are not always that strict in fact, I would just bring it in my luggage.
