Are you allowed to carry batteries on an airplane?

i have an iPod charger that uses 2 batteries. Am I allowed to carry this on the flight or will they confiscate the batteries? Thanks in advance!

  1. Of course.. They will not cause explosion unless they are being thrown into fire or under high temp. That's why liquid fuel are not allowed..... Laptop batteries are also consist of multi batteries yet they still able to brought on plane......


  2. It is allowed. They even allow the laptop battery. It is much bigger.

  6. You can take batteries on.  My kids take their game systems, mp3 players, etc. and we always have spare batteries on hand.
