Are you allowed to carry totes around with you at school if you use it for your backpack??

well im bringing this really cute american eagle tote for my backpack,

and i was wondering if i'd be able to carry it around to my different classes.??

what are you allowed to do at your school??

At my school you are allowed a purse but your not allowed a bookbag to carry form class to class

At my school in the UK you have to wear a uniform but you can have whatever bag you want, nobody uses backpacks they're lame, i have a £60 Handbag as my school bag, which i take to every class

yeah, but most people dont. they just go with cute jansports, because they have lots of books/binders/folders to carry around.

Last year i did bring one and then teachers were getting mad so they made an announcement saying that we could'nt so i put mine away but some people still did it.

at most schools im pretty sure you can, but at my school we're not allowed to use backpacks/bags to carry our books to class because weapons or drugs and stuff could be concealed in there.

Yeah, you're allowed to at my school.  Which is surprising because otherwise it's one of the strictest schools I know in terms of what you're allowed to wear.

Actually it's become the norm for girls to bring tote bags to school, I just don't like them so I use a normal backpack.

it depends on ur school... im allowed @ my school, but you probably can unless the school ur going to is rlly strict.. if ur not sure bring it on the first day and see what happens...

we can carry anything around, except their really strict on our uniforms. but bags dont matter at all.

I think you should be able to carry a backpack in school between classes.

Some schools ban backpacks because they claim that weapons can be hidden/stashed in them, but I think that that is a cop-out.

u should be able to. most high schools allow it, or whatever grade your in, its just like a backpack, same purpose.

You sure can. You can carry your books around in almost anything and call it your book-bag, lol. Trust me, you won't stand out in a bad way by carrying a tote. Lots of girls do!
