yes, make sure you can afford it though, dont go doing anything without throughly thinking about it first, i moved out at 17 and believe me it was tough, im ok now but that was thanks to strong people around me

In the UK you are not legally able to sign a contract for a flat , house etc and your parents cannot legally throw you out.

There are cases when the parents have died and a sixteen year old will have a flat with the younger sisters and brothers but that is under social services care and they take the role of the guardian until the oldest reaches eighteen years.
