  1. i don't think so. i don't even think it really even takes you to the very top. i think you can go about 3/4 up because of safety reasons. i mean i guess you could sit on the stairs that take you up. but not on top.


  2. No not on the very top. Its like asking can I go sit on the top of the Statue of Liberty?  Her torch would hurt your butt.  Same  thing here.  You can go either walking up or elevator up to the restaurant or higher with the observation deck.  Its worth it though. The view is wonderful.  

  3. That would really hurt. An antenna up your backside!  

  4. No, no one is allowed over the second floor (observation floor) because the 3rd floor is used for technical purposes (antennaes).

  5. You're allowed onto the top viewing platform, but that's it.  The actual top of the tower is, I believe, an aeriel mast so pretty difficult to sit on!
