yeah because in my carring  case i took a flat screen tv

and i am going out of town in 9 days and i always take my ds so they dont say nothing

Yes, but you have to make sure that you can prove it works at security and it is what it is. IE you're gonna have to hold up the whole entire security line to show that it works and I highly doubt that you want to carry a tv with you to show that it does. I don't mean to sound like I'm spoiling the fun and I'm sure you're doing this just to have it with you and not check it, but because of security reasons, it will be more of a pain than just to leave it at home. (My two cents worth: I HIGHLY wouldn't. It is to cramped and things can get majorly bumped around, even if it is not in the cargo bay. If anything, get a PSP and bring that with you.)

I'm pretty sure.  We have a Wii, DS, and two laptops between the three of us.  We do have a specific case for them all, and you have to open them all up while going through security, but you should be fine.  When I say open them all, I mean that.  Once I was travelling alone with my daughter and I had to open both out lap tops, the DVD drives, empty them and send the discs through alone.  It was a pain.  Then they made us take off all our shoes.
