Are you always allowed to buy fireworks in the usa? I live in Canada?

actaully u are allowed to buy them all the time in the usa. there is a huge company near my house that sells them year round.

It depends on the state you live in.  Some states have hardly any restrictions, and some have  them up the wazoo!  A lot of people though go to different states, buy illegal fireworks, then come back to their own state to set them off.

Actually, you only have to be 16 in order to buy fireworks

There is actually a fireworks shortage this year and the U.S has had to cancel some of it's July 4 shows, so I don't imagine that there will be too many for sale in stores.

I'm pretty sure you have to be 21 to buy fireworks in the U.S.
