How about in comparision to resigning. Because you felt like a break from work/it was getting to much.

  1. Redundant? Did a machine replace you in your job?  Not your fault.  Fired?  your fault.

  2. yes you are. its not really  your fault is your made redundant. its your companies, getting sacked on the other hand is a different story

  3. I think so.

I suppose you are in trouble.

I am sorry to hear that.

But if nothing wrong with you, you do not have to make a

    redundancy.

If company sacked you even you are right then you can sue to the employment tribunal.

You do not need any money for hire the solicitor if you have not enough money or no own house.

You can still have a solicitor for your tribunal.

If you win in employment tribunal, you can be awarded.

  4. Pretty much. If you were hiring, would you prefer someone who was made redundant or someone who had been fired for being rubbish or dishonest etc ?

  5. Most definitely - its not your fault if you are made redundant.  However being sacked is.

  6. Absolutely!  It's like being "laid off" -- not your choice.
