Recently I was asked by a patriotic American what she could actually do to support the troops. More than just a bumpersticker.

I have answered that in my Article "How Can You Support the Troops?" I have also added two letters to the "From the mouths of soldiers series" to demonstrate how this small way effects Soldiers so greatly.

In my "Hardened Warriors" series, I show you just what kind of men our Soldiers and Marines are.

I also have several articles on the enemy, their history and their intentions, as demonstrated by their own words.

NO, I do not get paid for this. It is not my job. My only hope is that if Americans know the truth, they will support us and our mission.

No Politics. Just the Groundtruth from a combat veteran that has been to both Fronts in this war, backed up by history, independent research and real war stories from others and me.

  1. these are our nations sons and daughters far from home, living is difficult circumstances yet doing a very professional job.

i belong to a local group that send little things that mean so much to them.  i am sry that i can't be more active right now but you would be surprised at how much a simple letter of encouragement means to them.  some do not have families here at home so it really means a lot to them.

"I can't do everything, but I can do something."  so don't think you have to do some huge gesture for it to be appreciated.  simple things mean a lot too.

  2. Wow send them hard candy.

  3. Support that which our troops put their lives on the line for. Support the cause. That is the biggest thing you can ever do.

  4. I have adopted several soldiers and send weekly letters, cards, and 2 care packages a month.  I do so in hopes that some little message will mean a lot to them.  I do not know these Soldiers, I just write and send things in care packages that I feel will help them.  It makes me feel good, they appreciate it, and often will ask me to send a package to a friend who never receives mail.

I love doing this, and it doesn't matter to me if I don't hear from them, I am proud of them for serving our country.

If you would like to adopt a soldier, let me know, I can provide you with a link.

    Great blog!

  5. The most objective piece I've ever come across that details the hard-to-swallow truth is as follows.  Seriously, sit down on a comfortable chair/sofa before you watch:
