Are you aware that the bill "Restoration of the Clean Water Act" will federalize all water in the US?

This act has the potential of putting the federal government in control of all land use in the United States. As bad as our local controls are we can still get some things done with our land. This is a major boondoggle and needs to be defeated. It removes the word "navigable" from the Clean Water Act.

We need to mobilize on this legislation like we did on the "amnesty" bill.
