  1. This is kind of a tricky question. In a way you may be breaking curfew because you are out doing something you shouldn't & the cops may not believe you with the different last name. I honestly would say check with a local police officer on what you are doing.

  3. No, because you are with an adult.

    However, maybe just for safety sake, make copies of

    your birth certificates to carry in your wallet, or something

    to show that you both have the same mother.

    Never thought of that.  My daughter is a Police Officer,

    I will call her tomorrow with your question.

    Or you could call or go to your nearest Police Station,

    and ask them, or bring proof that you are that they would put

    on file so you do not have to go through anything that is not necessary.
