Isn't he 72? Wouldn't he be the oldest president? Does age play a part of serving as president?

  1. I like McCain but his age is one of the reasons I'm thinking twice about voting for him

  2. Considering who he just chose as VP, YES!

  3. Wisdom comes with age. Who wouldn't want a wise leader. Obama is severely lacking in life experiences to be considered as wise. McCain appears to be in really good health for his age.

  4. h***s yea

    what is he? like 100

probably when he takes office(even though he will lose) he will die like 3 weeks later

  5. The great President Regan was 69.  Age is nothing.

  6. According to actuary tables he has another 12-20 years so I'm not concerned.

However age does play a vital part the older you are the more you've seen, meaning, wisdom comes with age.

  7. Yes it does. He has years of experience and that is not a bad thing despite what many libs say...

  8. You'd be crazy not to be....especiall with the Palin nut as VP...

    OMG- A CATASTROPHIC VISION!

  9. "Reagan was the oldest person to be inaugurated as president (age 69), and also the oldest person to hold the office (age 77), his health, although generally good, became a concern at times during his presidency" wikipedia

McCain is much older and a much riskier choice...because after 65, you might as well count in dog years

  10. It should be a concern to any rational person within the U.S.

He's an old f**t, and if he croaks during his first term, then we are stuck with Palin as our president... that's scary.

  11. Although I am a Obama supporter I use to get mad when people would knock Senator McCain's age but with his VP pick, I'm rethinking that position.

  12. I thought Reagan was older, and he got SHOT. And he STILL finished his term.

  13. Yes it does to an extent.

But not enough to override the major concerns I have with repeating dangerous policies of the past and at the risk of making even a stronger centralized government.

  14. No, I'm not concerned about his age. His mom is 96 & I know many people in their 70s & 80s (&a few 90s) that are quite capable.

Yes, he'll be the oldest prez & age does play a part. Good for another question, I think.

  15. He's 72 years young! Any person of any age can die. From 2 to 18 to 50! Plus he's almost double the age of Obama. His experience must be immense!

  16. Nope not at all.

  17. I'm more concerned about what he will do to health care

  18. How many times has this question been asked in the last 4 or 5 months....

    Just a few hundred....

  19. he really hasn't done anything worthwhile in all his years & that concerns me the most. He hasn't convinced me he is going to do anything except continue to spend 10 billion dollars a month on war. That group he is with are making money selling constuction contracts to these foreign countries & charging them for this & charging us & people are dying. No one seems to wake up to this. We all have inner guidance & I know every ones knows this is true.

  20. I think more people are concerned about Palin's daughter's age right now....

  21. AND he's had melanoma. Melanoma is the worst kind of cancer you could get.

And people REALLY shouldn't bring up Reagan. The guy had Alzheimers and his Republican handlers turned a blind eye to it.

  22. I am very concerned about his age. If he is elected president, he would be 76 by the end of his first term! I remember Reagan during his second term and he was literally senile before the end of his term.

Not only that he has malignant melanoma-which could come out of remission at anytime.
